​Patrick Delhougne is the Founder and Managing Partner of Populus Capital Management. He was prior to this role a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Technology Market. Leading the Technology Market and Global Cloud Computing Practice in the New York office. He specializes in advising and recruiting senior-level executives in the global technology and IT services sectors for private equity companies.   He has  undertaken more than 350 successful assignments and has gained extensive experience working for fast growing companies across multiple sectors.

 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Delhougne was with Russell Reynolds Associates, where he conducted CEO, board-level, and sales and marketing assignments for clients at publicly traded companies, venture-funded technology companies and professional services firms in the technology space. He has also done extensive work for European, Middle Eastern, Canadian and other international clients.

Mr. Delhougne began his career with Siemens PLC in London as the assistant to the chief executive officer. He was subsequently promoted to corporate planner in the regional strategy group working with the board of directors at Siemens AG in Munich, and later worked for the Siemens Transportation Group in Erlangen as a commercial manager.

​​Mr. Delhougne earned his master’s in business administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, which he attended on the Werner von Siemens Scholarship which is given to one recipient a year.  He was recognized by the AESC as one of the Top Recruiter under 40s in 2005.
